Jerk Rooster Rasta Pasta

Serving Size:


  • 1 lbs hen breast (2 breast)
  • 1 (16oz) bag penne pasta
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream or evaporated milk
  • ½ -1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 heaping cup of Bell peppers (pink, inexperienced and yellow), sliced
  • ¼ cup onions, sliced
  • 1 scallion (inexperienced onion), sliced, save greens for garnish
  • 1-2 giant garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 thyme sprigs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon epis (inexperienced seasoning)
  • 2 tablespoons Jerk seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Jerk seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp liquid smoke (non-obligatory)
